The children of Karbalayi Quli, Saltanah Khanum, ‘Ali, and Rasul, on behalf of themselves and the underage children, sell a property that belonged to Karbalayi Quli to Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali in exchange for nine tumans and four thousand dinars.

Dividing the inheritance of ‘Ali, 1910
‘Ali's belongings were sold and divided between the inheritors: Sakinah Khanum's share was 22 tumans and 18 dinars; the share of his wife, Jamilah Khanum, was 70 tumans; there were also some expenses for his underage daughter; and his debts had to be paid.

Dividing the inheritance of Muhammad, 1921
Since he had not left any will, after Muhammad's death, his belongings were divided among the inheritors: Ma‘sumah Khanum (his wife), Ana Khanum (his daughter), and Nur Allah and Ahmad (his underage children). It is noted that after receiving her share, Ma‘sumah Khanum loses any claim to her mahr and can separate her share after four years.

1- Ruqiyah Khanum and Sakinah khanum sell their share of inheritance, a large workshop, to the children of ‘Abbas for ten tumans (January 21, 1919); 2- Karbalayi Hasanquli, the son of ‘Abbas, divides the inheritance of Karbalayi Khalil among his children. Sakinah Khanum is given ten tumans for her share (June 3, 1919); 3- Riza, the son of Karbalayi Khalil, on his own behalf and on behalf of the underage children of Khalil, Muttalib, Ruqiyah Khanum, and Sakinah Khanum, sells the large workshop to Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, the son of Mashhadi Ja‘far for 4 tumans.

Legal and financial documents of ‘Abbas's children
1- Hajar Khanum transfers her share of the inheritance from her late husband, ‘Abbas, to his two sons, Bakhsh‘ali and Hasanquli, in exchange for fifteen tumans and 20 mans of grain, half of which is wheat and half is barley (1904); 2- all the belongings of ‘Abbas was divided among his inheritors, including Fatimah, Umm Nisa’, Bakhsh‘ali, and Hasanquli and the share of the daughters (some properties and some cash) was determined and was paid to them (March 2, 1904); 3- after dividing the inheritance of ‘Abbas among his adult children, the share of his two underage daughters, Narjis Khanum...
